Property animation or a 360° virtual tour?
Choose a guided visual story, an interactive experience or a combination based on how your audience will explore the project.
Use animation to guide attention
A property animation follows an edited sequence. It can introduce the approach, connect rooms and explain a development in a consistent order. This format suits presentations and campaigns where the audience needs a concise overview.
Write the sequence before rendering. Define the main message, camera route, approximate duration and any captions. Keep essential information understandable without relying entirely on sound.
Use a tour for exploration
A 360° tour lets the viewer choose where to look from selected viewpoints. Plan useful connections between spaces and identify which information should be available as labels or optional details.
Agree on where the tour will be hosted, how it will be embedded and who will maintain it. Test navigation on a real phone as well as a desktop: controls that work with a mouse may need adjustment for touch.
Plan delivery and loading
Video files, interactive tours and still images have different delivery needs. Confirm preview images, compression, accessibility alternatives and publication rights before the final handover.
Avoid making a large video or interactive scene the only way to understand the property. Provide a readable project description and useful still views so visitors can get the essentials even on a slow connection.
